Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Babe!

Babe is the president of the itty bitty pittie committee. Full grown at around a year old and a whopping 33lbs, Babe is everything Forever Paws loves about pit bulls wrapped up into a tiny compact package. She may fill out a little more, but she won’t get much bigger than what she is now – the sweetest little pocket princess.

This little lady does well with other dogs of all sizes! She’s a bit shy, a little on the demure side, but eventually works up the courage to sniff them and say hello. She’s not overly excited and kind of waddles off to do her own thing afterwards but she coexists with them well enough. What Babe does NOT like is cats. We’re not sure if cats wronged her ancestors and now it’s a generations-long grudge that she’s holding but…yeah. No cats. Kids 12+ would be preferable but exceptions may be made for the right family and, since she is unfortunately a restricted breed, you must own your own home or live in a home owned by a family member to adopt her.

Babe loooooves people. She has the cutest little whine when she wants attention and she’ll practically VIBRATE when she sees someone coming her way, especially if they have a leash in hand. One of her main passions in life is treats of any kind, although she has very strong feelings about squeaky toys as well. She’s not terrible on a leash but is easily distracted.

Bonus points: she looks AMAZING in a pumpkin sweater.
