Fall River death not being investigated as homicide, victim’s name released
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office has issued an update on the death of a woman in Fall River yesterday.
Although police and prosecutors continue to investigate the death which occurred Tuesday morning at a Fall River condominium complex, the matter is not being investigated as a homicide.
Fall River Police responded to 911 calls Tuesday morning shortly after 9:35 a.m. regarding a severely injured female lying on an outside walkway at the Waterview Heights condominium complex located at 4700 North Main Street.
When first responders arrived on scene, they located the victim and rushed her to Rhode Island Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
The victim can now be publicly identified as Stephanie Sisson, 42, whose last known address was in Taunton.
