Fall River daily COVID-19 cases stay in single digits, deaths climb to 92

Fall River has seen more positive cases of COVID-19 Friday.

1 additional case of COVID-19 has been identified in Fall River, according to the Mayor’s Office. This makes the total in Fall River stand at 1,550.

The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.

The death toll from the coronavirus in Fall River has increased to 92 as two new deaths were reported.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health started Monday reporting both confirmed and probable COVID-19 cases and deaths dating back to March 1, 2020.

Saturday saw 6 new cases in Fall River and Sunday saw 8. Monday had no reported cases of COVID-19 and both Tuesday and Wednesday saw 3 more cases each day. Thursday’s report revealed 6 more cases.
