Fall River crews respond to scene after woman injured in early morning stabbing

Fall River personnel responded to an early morning stabbing in Fall River.

According to scanner transmissions, a call came into dispatch at just after 12:15 p.m. for a woman stabbed in the area of Cook and Hamlet Streets.

Responders located the victim with 2 stab wounds and was transported to the hospital.

The incident is under investigation.
