Are you or someone you know handicapped or homeless and need assistance? Do you regularly use public services, parks, or beaches? Own a business or home? Receive public housing? You can take a direct role in planning out Fall River’s future and which programs and services are maintained as well as how much funding each receives.

Every community has a variety of needs and the City of Fall River is no exception, but which are the most important and how much monies should be allocated to each? Job creation, public services, facilities, infrastructure, and dozens of other aspects require ample planning, prioritizing, budgeting and importantly funding.

To do this the City of Fall River and the Fall River Community Development Agency (FRCDA) would like the public’s assistance in determining the future use of federal entitlement funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This can be done through a simple, short survey.

By doing so you will assist the Community Development Agency in determining priority housing, homeless, and other community development needs for the years of 2020 through 2025.
