Fall River co-workers take one million dollar prize
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Rui Amaral of Fall River claimed the winnings of the second-tiered Powerball prize of $1,000,004 on the February 14, 2018 drawing.
Amaral chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $1,000,004 (less tax withholdings).
The winning ticket was purchased at Cumberland Farms, 4548 North Main Street in Fall River. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
