Fall River city councilor Pam Laliberte reaches deal on multiple charges
A Fall River city councilor has struck a deal after facing multiple charges.
Pam Laliberte had been charged with Criminal Harassment, Annoying Telephone/Electronic Communications, and 2 counts of Intimidation of a Witness.
According to FRC Media, Laliberte admitted to the two misdemeanor harassment charges which resulted in probation until December 29th. The charges will be dropped if she has no contact with the victim beforehand. One of the two felony charges of witness intimidation was dropped. The other charge will be dropped at the end of the year if she has no contact with the victim by the end of the year. Laliberte did not plead guilty as part of the agreement.
In September, Laliberte stepped down as president but remained a city councilor after issuing a statement that she would not be able to give the attention of president that it deserves.
Westport Police filed charges against Laliberte in August after an investigation that began in April 2022. As a part of the investigation, detectives were granted a search warrant for an application used to disguise telephone numbers and a person’s identity. As a result of the search warrant, detectives believed the calls and text messages were being placed by Laliberte’s cellphone.
According to the investigation, multiple phone numbers were created through an app and used to reportedly harass the wife of a former lover.
Laliberte allegedly opened an account to make the spoof numbers that were used in the criminal harassment.
Westport Police stated that Laliberte became aware of the investigation and contacted one of the victims in an attempt to have the investigation stopped.

As I have written before who of you hasn’t made a mistake. Most if not all the comments that I read are from women. Some writing City council women Laliberte should step down.Have not other city councilors made mistakes and are still on the Fall River city council. City council women Laliberte has and will continue to be a strong voice on the Fall River city council. And for those who write negative comments have you never made a mistake. Sincerely Rick Souza. And for those of you who walk on water or better yet you with out sin cast the first stone.

Why are there so many haters out there. I have written this before and I’ll write it again. It’s very simple to understand. You with out sin cast the first stone not my words the words of Jesus. Let ye who judge be judged again not my words but the words of Jesus. God hates the sin but loves the sinner.God can never stop loving you It’s impossible. Jesus always called his people children why because children are still learning. I’m still learning.

Stop acting so holy. You are not God and will never come remotely close. Being Christian does not require you to be God, only that you know of the sacrifice made on your behalf. My hands are clean, I pass judgement without remorse. Stop coddling the unclean.

She is E-L-E-C-T-E-D so she can do whatever she wants. That’s what she wrote in her text messages and is correct, apparently.

BREAKING – City Councilor, Pam Laliberte-Lebeau, has told WSAR Radio that she would like to see Mayor Jasiel Correia step down from his position. She feels the mayor will be too distracted with his upcoming trial to focus on city business.
“If he truly loves the city, he should step aside to spare Fall River the negative publicity,” said Laliberte-Lebeau.

Pam is a weak malcontent. She has pointed many a finger at many individuals in this community. Carrying on an affair as an adult women is pathetic. It is even more pathetic to then turn into a telephone terrorist after being scorned by her paramour. Great job Pamela you’ve made Fall River proud. Get a life!
