A man pled not guilty Wednesday morning in Fall River Superior Court concerning a previously reported robbery.

Just after 10:30 a.m. on August 18th, the Fall River Police Department responded to a reported bank robbery at Rockland Trust Bank on Brayton Avenue.

According to police, a heavyset male entered the bank and passed a handwritten note to the teller demanding money. The suspect was provided cash, which included a concealed dye pack. Shortly after slowly jogging away from the bank on foot, the dye pack activated, marking both his hands and clothing with red dye.

The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle.

41-year-old Agostini Poux Domingo was later taken into custody in Providence.

According to court records, on Wednesday, Domingo was held without bail at his arraignment after being indicted on October 30th on Armed Robbery and Bomb/Hijack Threat charges.

A dangerousness hearing scheduled for Wednesday was not held at the request of both parties.

A pre-trial conference has been scheduled for December 4th.
