Fall River and Massachusetts State Police arrest city man on drug and gun charges
Fall River and Massachusetts State Police combined to arrest a city man on drug and gun charges.
According to Fall River Det. Sergeant Moses Pereira, today, the Vice, Gang, and Intelligence Unit as part of ongoing and continuous collaboration with the State Police Gang Unit conducted an operation in the area of Herman Street.
During that operation, detectives seized 9.4 grams of crack cocaine and a Ruger 9mm firearm from Edgard Navarro Rios.
Navarro Rios is being charged with carrying a firearm without a license to carry, possession of a class B drug, and possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number.
