Fall River and Dorchester residents arrested on several firearm charges after stabbing
Two Massachusetts residents were arrested on several charges after an incident this weekend.
According to police, at just after 11:15 p.m., on Saturday, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested Luxury Lee, 29, of Fall River, and Kamaree Lee-Eliot, 26, of Dorchester, on firearm charges.
Officers responded to the area of 70 West Selden Street for a report of a fight. Upon arrival, officers observed an adult male suffering from a stab wound. Boston EMS arrived on scene and transported that victim to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers were also approached by another victim who advised officers that she was pistol whipped. Officers observed the suspect begin to walk away from a group, and approached a female behind a vehicle. Officers observed the male suspect pass an unknown object to the female suspect.
The female suspect immediately began to run from officers and a foot pursuit ensued. The female suspect refused officers’ orders to stop, and officers observed her throw an unknown object into a front yard. Officers were able to apprehend the female suspect, and placed her into handcuffs. Officers were quickly able to locate the firearm.
Officers advised responding officers that a firearm was recovered, and they were able to place the male suspect into handcuffs without incident. The firearm was later determined to be a Polymer 80 Ghost Gun with sixteen rounds in a high-capacity magazine, and equipped with a laser sight attachment.
While officers were still on scene, they were advised by Boston Police Operations that a second adult male victim self-transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening stab wounds.
Both suspects were placed under arrest and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device. Lee-Elliot was additionally charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Both suspects are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
