Fall River Police investigating evening shooting at housing project after shot fired through window

Fall River Police responded to an evening shooting on Friday.

According to Lieutenant Matthew Mendes, at just before 6:30 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Johnson Street for a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers confirmed that a single round had been fired through a window.

The incident is still actively being investigation and more details are expected.
