Faces of Fall River #8: Brian Bishop

Published

on

Meet Brian Bishop, the owner of Bishop Electronic, providing electrical services to residents of Massachusetts since his family started the business in 1910.

Brian has deep roots in the Fall River community, serving as the B.M.C. Durfee High offensive line football coach from 1996 to 2001, with one team making it to the state’s Super Bowl. He graduated from Durfee High in 1984. He’s done work for the City of Fall River since 1990.

Brian gives back to the community in a big way. When he heard the Bedford Street Fall River fire station had outdated and deteriorating furniture, he donated a dining room table with 8 chairs, a leather couch, and exercise equipment. He provides electrical services to the Fall River Boys Club at no labor charge.

Brian has a love for softball. His 55 years and over team won the World Championship in 2022 and 2023, finishing undefeated each year. This year, his team finished in second place.
