ERO Boston arrests man in southern Massachusetts accused of conducting coordinated retail thefts & fraudulent sick child scams across the country

United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced a recent capture.

ERO Boston has announced the arrest of Octavian Tofolan, an illegal Romanian alien, in Wrentham, MA.

Tofolan is a member of a Romanian Theft Group, conducting coordinated retail thefts & fraudulent sick child scams throughout the United States.

Tofolan has arrests in Wrentham for assault & battery.
