ERO Boston arrests Haitian national charged with rape of pregnant victim at Massachusetts migrant hotel
BOSTON – Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston apprehended an unlawfully present 34-year-old Haitian national charged with aggravated rape, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a pregnant victim and attempt to commit a crime. Deportation officers from ERO Boston arrested Marc Kervens Beauvais Aug. 13 in Peabody.
“Marc Kervens Beauvais is charged with committing unspeakable acts against a pregnant woman in Massachusetts,” said ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons. “We simply can not allow anyone that poses such a threat to prey upon the residents of our communities. ERO Boston will continue our mission of prioritizing public safety by aggressively apprehending and removing egregious noncitizen offenders from New England.”
United States Border Patrol arrested Beauvais June 26, 2021 after he unlawfully entered the United States near Del Rio, Texas. USBP issued Beauvais a notice to report for processing and released him.
The Peabody Police Department arrested Beauvais July 31 for the offenses of aggravated rape, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a pregnant victim and attempt to commit a crime. Later that day, ERO Boston lodged an immigration detainer against Beauvais with the Peabody Police Department. Beauvais was arraigned in the Peabody District Court Aug. 1 on those charges.
The Peabody District Court honored the immigration detainer and released Beauvais Aug. 13 into the custody of ERO Boston. Beauvais remains in ERO custody.
According to multiple reports, the alleged act took place at a migrant hotel.

While I absolutely think something needs to be done with the mass immigration, you really can’t say that 1 bad apple ruins the whole bushel. Plenty of born and bred Americans commit heinous crimes as well, but that doesn’t mean we are all criminals.

The ‘Biden/Harris Admin’ have giving them Court Dates #5 Years from now, in hopes if Harris gets in she will give them Amnesty. #20 MM plus since the “Biden/Harris Admin” took over all they had to do was keep PDJT Border Policy in effect but they didn’t.
Most Americans do not mind ‘Legal Immigration’, plus some would like to see ‘Merit Based Immigration’ returned to USA, it was changed in 1965. The Economy is awful, the Working Class is broke with the ‘Biden/Harris Inflation’. We CANNOT Afford this, plus do an internet search how much Crime the “Open Borders” folks are responsible for since ‘Biden/Harris open the ‘Flood Gates. Plus many Terrorist Cells in the Country, Red China, and Iran, and Russia. Time for USA Folks to Wake Up! USA Taxpayers spend close to $600 Billion a Year on “Open Borders” Folks, when you calculate everything. Now it looks like Health Insurance and Walking around Money.

Same crap most every day and the same policies going forward, no matter how they spin it. We need a change in leadership. We need to essentially stop immigration for a while to digest what has happened in the last few years and yes the deportation card must be on the table.
