Empire Hyundai In Fall River Celebrate Grand Re-Opening

Published

on

Rick Torres, the visionary Dealer Principal of Empire Auto Group, has successfully completed a significant renovation project at Empire Hyundai in Fall River. This transformation ushers in a new era for the dealership, promising an enhanced customer experience and state-of-the-art facilities.

A Modern, Customer-Centric Design

Empire Hyundai’s new design reflects a modern, light, and airy concept aimed at creating a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows bathe the interior in natural light, fostering a sense of openness. The customer lounge area has been thoughtfully designed with workspaces and charging ports, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for visitors. Additionally, the installation of EV charging stations out front underscores the dealership’s commitment to sustainability and forward-thinking automotive solutions.

“The renovation took over a year to complete. Every aspect of the dealership has been redone, from the exterior of the building, the parking lot, and the interior from floor to ceiling,” explained Mr. Torres. “The layout of the lot is well-defined, and signage is provided throughout the dealership, so customers know exactly where they are going.”

Enhancing Service Capabilities

The service area at Empire Hyundai has undergone a comprehensive upgrade, as detailed by Service Manager Jeff White. “The service area has been completely renovated with a new service drive, two added lifts for additional bays, a dedicated EV room for electric vehicles, and the shop is now air-conditioned for a better work environment.” These improvements ensure that Empire Hyundai is well-equipped to handle the maintenance and repair needs of both traditional and electric vehicles, offering top-notch service to all customers.

A Deep Connection to Fall River

Mr. Torres emphasized the importance of keeping the dealership in Fall River, a city deeply connected to his family’s history. “My father’s family emigrated here from San Miguel in 1898, while my mother’s family emigrated from Canada shortly after. My family has lived in Fall River and the surrounding towns ever since, so I felt it was important to keep the dealership here.” This deep-rooted commitment to the community is reflected in the dealership’s dedication to serving local residents and contributing to the city’s economic growth.

Absolute WORSE dealer in the South Coast by far and that’s coming from personal experience. Read all their reviews from BBB to dealer ratings to Yelp. They outright lie about the prices of their cars and hide the caveat that the advertised price is with $3K cash or trade down which is hidden in the fine print. They do this because of sites like Autotrader Cargurus and CarFax their cars are listed without the additional $3K to fall into ” good values ” It’s classic deceptive marketing.
