Driver rushed to the hospital after vehicle collides with tree in Lakeville
A driver was transported to a local hospital after a serious crash.
Firefighters responded to the above crash on Wednesday night on Kingman Street, in the area of Reed Farm Road, just after 10:00 p.m., according to the Lakeville Fire Department.
On-duty crews we’re committed to a medical emergency at the time of the crash and a recall for supplemental staffing was transmitted.
Car 1 and Car 2 responded from home directly to the scene. Ambulance 2 and Engine 1 would also respond, each with one firefighter. Additional recalled firefighters then responded in the department utility vehicle to the scene.
An adult female was injured when her car collided with a tree. She was transported to St Lukes Hospital for treatment of injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
