Driver entrapped after vehicle hits guardrail, smashes into fence in Swansea
Swansea crews responded to a serious crash on Thursday evening.
At approximately 7:00 p.m., crews responded to Locust and Oak Streets for a motor vehicle crash with entrapment.
The vehicle had gone over a guardrail and through a fence before rolling over into the backyard of a home.
The driver was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital trauma center in New Bedford for evaluation.
The crash is under investigation.
