Dog found tied to a fence in the early morning hours in a Rhode Island parking lot
Do you know this tan male dachshund/beagle mix?
According to the Providence Animal Control Center, he was found tied to a fence in a parking lot adjacent to 70 Mawney in the early morning hours on Sunday in Providence.
He has an unregistered chip, and they attained information from the implantation facility.
The dog’s name is Eros.
