Diman Regional students score big performances at DECA competition on Cape Cod

FALL RIVER/SOMERSET/WESTPORT/SWANSEA – Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School has announced big performances from Diman’s Distributive Education Clubs of America team during this past week’s District 8 Conference competition in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

The results include:

Lucas Santos: 1st place Human Resources Management exam.

Kiera Sanchez Garcia: 3rd place Role Play 2 in Marketing Communication Series, 4th in Marketing Communications Series.

Angelina Ouy: 3rd Place Principles of Business Management Exam, finished in the top 10 in Principles of Business Management

Kate Pontes: 3rd place Principles of Finance Exam, 5th place in Principles of Finance

Madison Medeiros and Sophie Lourencion: 2nd place Role Play 2 in Finance Team Decision Making, 2nd place in Finance Service Team Decision Making

Benjamin Bannister: 2nd place Hospitality Services Team Decision Making Exam.

Sedrick Clayton & Micah Clayton: 3rd place Role Play 1 in Sports & Entertainment Team Decision Making, and finished in the top 10 in Sports & Entertainment Marketing Team Decision Making

Alexah Peddar finished in the top 10 in Food Marketing Services

Pedro Gomes finished in the top 10 in Marketing Communication Series

Kalvin Massey finished in the top 10 in Quick Service Restaurant Management

Xavier Soria finished in the top 10 in Personal Financial Literacy

Jose Valasquez finished in the top 10 in Principles of Entrepreneurship

Joseph Abren & Aizen Vasquez finished 4th in Finance Service Team Decision Making

Arianna Chase & Ruby Garcia finished in the top 10 in Hospitality Services Team Decision Making

Jayla Pelletier & Lilah Krauzyk finished in the top 10 in Hospitality Services Team Decision Making

Sarah Raposa & Samantha Rego finished in the top 10 in Travel & Tourism Marketing Team Decision Marketing
