Diman Regional SkillsUSA Leadership Team members receive awards, recognition, at state event
FALL RIVER, SOMERSET, SWANSEA, WESTPORT, MA – The Diman SkillsUSA Leadership Team recently participated in the SkillsUSA Fall State Leadership Conference in Marlboro, Massachusetts.
The school congratulated the following students who received a leadership award: Abbigail Bielecki, Cadence Anderson, Karley Kaliff, Madeleine Cabral, Victoria Rocha, Cheyenne Silva, Madison Medeiros, Sophia Lourenco, Francisca Martins, William Goff, and Richard Romero.
Xavier Soria, Abbigail Bielecki, Mr. Sweet, and Mrs. Wicks participated in a community service project building bicycles for a local boys and girls club.
Sophia Lourenco, Karley Kaliff, and Cadence Anderson earned special recognition for a perfect leadership test score.
In addition to their leadership awards, Madeleine Cabral earned a gold medal in the Workplace Skills Presentation, Sophia Lourenco earned a bronze medal in the Technical Skills Presentation, and Mr. Sweet’s team earned a bronze medal in the community service presentation.
