Dighton Police arrest Swansea teen on multiple charges after seizure of flavored nicotine, marijuana
Police arrested a Swansea teen on multiple charges after a seizure of multiple flavored nicotine products and marijuana.
According to Dighton Police, at approximately 1:50AM on Monday while patrolling, Ptlm. Almeida observed a vehicle make an evasive maneuver after seeing the marked cruiser. After witnessing the marked lanes violation & failure to signal, Ptlm. Almeida activated his emergency equipment and attempted a motor vehicle stop.
The operator was identified as 18-year-old Jayden Aguiar-Rebello, of Swansea.
Shortly after, Ptlm. Steele and Almeida located all items pictured above inside the vehicle many of which were flavored nicotine/THC Vape products.
Based on the following, Jayden Aguiar-Rebello will be criminally charged with Intentionally, manufactured, distributed, or possessed with the intent to distribute, a controlled substance and Knowingly, possessed more than 2 ounces of marijuana, without lawful reason.
