Despite significant changes, Massachusetts Christmas Festival of Lights tradition to continue at Edaville; here are the details
Despite many changes so far this year, a Massachusetts holiday tradition will carry on.
The Christmas Festival of Lights has been a beloved annual holiday event at Edaville Family Theme Park in Carver, featuring elaborate light displays, train rides, and festive activities.
According to their website, the festival is confirmed to return in 2025 despite significant changes at the park, including the auction of most amusement rides in April and the relocation of King Richard’s Faire to the Edaville site this summer.
From November 28 to December 28, 2025, operating on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the park, famous for its vintage steam locomotives, will feature over 100,000 lights, themed train rides, festive entertainment, food vendors, and an expanded merry marketplace.
The website lists hours of operation as Friday: 4pm-9pm, Saturday: 2pm-9pm, and Sunday: 2pm-6pm
The cost of admission is listed as children (age 3 and under) – free, children (age 4 thru 11) – $32, and adults (ages 12+) – $52. Tickets are expected to be available for purchase beginning September 1st.
