Deceased father of 5 identified in Plymouth multi-vehicle highway crash that left one dead, another injured
A Massachusetts man has been identified as the deceased in a fatal multi-vehicle collision late last month.
Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz announced that at approximately 9:37 a.m. on April 24th, Plymouth Police received a 911 call for a report of a domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, the male suspect had left the scene operating a blue Volvo. At 9:30 a.m., Plymouth Police located the suspect vehicle and initiated a brief pursuit along Route 3 North before terminating the pursuit due to the erratic operation of the motor vehicle. At 9:46 a.m., Plymouth Police received a 911 call reporting a blue Volvo driving erratically on Route 3 South. One minute later, Plymouth Police received a 911 call for a report of a two-car, head-on crash at 232 Warren Avenue. Plymouth Police and Fire responded to the scene.
The single operator of a Porsche Macan involved in the crash was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The male operator of the Volvo, 38-year-old Kemron Dillon Bachoo, was pronounced deceased at Beth Isreal Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth.
Services for Bachoo were held on April 29th.
Family members say that he leaves behind 5 children to their grandmother.
Plymouth Police and Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit assigned to the
Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office continue to investigate the incident.
