“It’s great to see some things getting back to normal, as the number of losing lottery tickets decorating various parking lots and roadways once again exceeds the number of discarded rubber gloves and surgical masks.

Seriously, come on people! By picking the wrong ticket(s), you’ve already proven that you’re a worthy loser. In light of this, there’s no need to prove that you’re even a bigger one by throwing them on the ground.
