Dartmouth Police looking for woman they say used 3 children to help her steal from department store
The Dartmouth Police Department is looking to identify this individual who they say thought it would be a good idea to steal hundreds of dollars’ worth of fragrances and gift sets.
Police say she didn’t act alone. Her crew involved not one, not two, but three children.
