A 31-year-old Dartmouth man was arraigned Monday in Fall River Superior Court in connection to a stabbing homicide on Atlantic Street in New Bedford.

At just before 5:00 p.m. on September 20th, New Bedford Police responded to 86 Atlantic Street for a report of a stabbing. When they arrived inside the home, they located and rendered aid to a 31-year-old New Bedford woman who was suffering from apparent stab wounds.
The victim, who was later identified as Kerri Fidalgo, was rushed to Saint Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, where she was later pronounced deceased. The victim was living in an apartment at the 86 Atlantic Street address.
Baglini was reportedly the boyfriend of Fidalgo.
