Dartmouth man dies in motorcycle crash Saturday
Dartmouth Police are investigating a crash that killed a Dartmouth man.
On Saturday, June 30 at approximately 7:05 p.m., Dartmouth Police, and other emergency personnel, responded to the area of #897 Smith Neck Road for a reported crash involving a single motorcycle.
Upon arrival, officers located the operator of the 2004 Honda motorcycle and identified him as Gary Casmira, 51, of Middlesex Avenue, Dartmouth.
As a result of the injuries sustained during the crash, Casmira was transported to Rhode Island Hospital, where he passed away a short time later.
The crash in currently under investigation by members of the Dartmouth Police Department Crash Reconstruction Unit, and Dartmouth Police Department Detective Division.
