Crews responded to a major Massachusetts highway crash that could have had a much worse outcome.
According to Kingston Fire & Emergency Management, just before 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, Kingston Police and Fire responded to Route 3 Northbound just before Exit 18 for a multiple vehicle collision.
One patient was transported to the South Shore Hospital with minor injuries.

Remarkably, all other parties refused treatment.
The crash is under investigation.
