Crash on Route 195 leads to charges against Fall River man by State Police
A Fall River man is facing charges after a weekend highway crash.
According to Rhode Island State Police, on Sunday, at 3:00 p.m., Troopers arrested 25-year-old Armando Franco Hernandez of Fall River, Massachusetts, for Driving Under the Influence – BAC Unknown – First Offense, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 195 in the City of Providence.
Hernandez was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and was later released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
