Crash involving Amazon tractor-trailer shuts down three lanes on Route 24

Massachusetts State Police responded to a highway crash that has shut down multiple lanes on Tuesday.
According to Trooper Brandon Doherty, at approximately 9:30 p.m., MSP responded to a crash on Route 24 South at Route 27 in Brockton.
The crash involved a tractor-trailer unit between the ramps at exit 33 for Route 27 in Brockton.
MassDOT, MSP CVES, and a heavy-duty tow were called to the scene to assist with lane closures and cleanup.
All three lanes southbound were reported closed due to the trailer jackknifing. Traffic was getting by in the breakdown lane. The closure remained in place for several hours.
No injuries were reported.
