COVID-19 cases increase in Massachusetts to 256
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Massachusetts increased by 38 since yesterday.
The Massachusetts Department of Health statistics show a rise in total cases to 256.
Massachusetts is still one of the states in the country with the most coronavirus cases.
38 cases have been found to be transmitted through the community and 26 are related to traveling. 95 are under investigation.

Massachusetts residents subject to COVID-19 quarantine by current status as of March 17, 2020
Total of individuals subject to quarantine: 2054
Total of individuals who have completed monitoring (no longer in quarantine): 886
Total of individuals currently undergoing monitoring/under quarantine: 1168
According to the CDC, the total amount of cases in the country is 7,038 with 97 dead. None of the cases in Massachusetts have been fatal as of yet.
