Could it continue? Massachusetts gas prices drop several cents this week according to AAA
Westwood, MA, June 21, 2022 — According to a statement from AAA, Massachusetts’s average gas price is down 5 cents from last week. Today’s price is 26 cents higher than a month ago, and $2.04 higher than June 21, 2021. Massachusetts’s average gas price is 3 cents higher than the national average.
“Demand for gasoline has declined, perhaps in response to record-breaking high gas prices—and that has helped push down prices at the pump,” said Mary Maguire, AAA Northeast Director of Public and Government Affairs. “This dip in demand, coupled with a drop in oil prices, has taken some of the steam out of surging gasoline prices. But consumers are still paying historically high prices.”

AAA Northeast’s June 21 survey of fuel prices found the current national average to be 5 cents lower than last week ($5.01), averaging $4.96 a gallon. Today’s national average price is 37 cents higher than a month ago ($4.59), and $1.89 higher than this day last year ($3.07).

Prices drop when demand destruction is implemented through the inflationary force of printing unlimited dollars. Those who become priced out of the market lower demand for product, thus you have demand destruction. Remember that manufacturing of goods is mostly done in China and other Asian countries where fossil fuels are in full use, this will benefit those countries immensely as their energy costs will plummet. Get ready for a large influx of cheap bicycles into America as many will be forced out of their vehicles and onto Chinese made bikes. This planned destruction of America’s middle class and manufacturing base has been in the works since the Rockefeller family tried to bribe the Chinese in the late 1800’s and into the creation of the Tri-lateral Commission by the Rockefellars heirs! Don’t fall for the New Green Energy false deities selling you a leaner life for a higher price all the meanwhile they live like frenzied royals enjoying everything they have stolen from us!
