Two marijuana facilities that are expected to be open soon in Fall River, have scheduled a community meeting and have also begun hiring.

iAnthus owns a new 41,000-square-foot cultivation and processing facility in the Fall River biopark that should open in early 2020 and will double their cultivation capacity in Massachusetts as iAnthus was approved last month to commence adult-use cultivation and processing at its Holliston, Massachusetts facility.

The Company is planning to develop butane extraction capabilities within its Fall River cultivation facility, as this will enable the Company to produce its line of extracted products, most especially live and cured resin products. The Company believes that the Massachusetts market will be one of the highest growth markets within the US, and it is their full intention to become a significant wholesaler within the state.

A community outreach meeting has been proposed for both of their Fall River marijuana establishments. The meeting is scheduled for March 10th at 5:30 p.m. at the Fall River Public Library located at 104 North Main Street.

The meeting is to discuss the proposed establishments at both 1100 Innovation Way (Cultivation and Product Manufacturing) and 160 Hartwell Street (Retail). There will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions.

The company maintains Provisional Certificates of Registration from the Medical Use of Marijuana Program to operate at the sites and seeks to engage in the same type of operations for adult use marijuana.

iAnthus is also looking for Cultivation and Inventory Managers. You can apply by clicking here.
