City of Fall River honors three residents for job well done
This week the City of Fall River recognized three people who have gone above and beyond for the City.
On Tuesday, Mayor Paul Coogan celebrated the retirement of Joyce Pinsonneault, a beloved member of the Fall River Public Library Children’s Services team.
“Joyce has made a tremendous impact on so many of Fall River’s youth and she will be truly missed. Congratulations, Joyce!”
On Wednesday, Coogan thanked Officers William Platt and Bryan Custadio for their hard work in coordinating a toiletry and supply drive for troops and refugees in Afghanistan.
“Their project grew into a community effort and gathered an impressive amount of supplies. Thank you to everyone who used the City Hall box to donate! Fall River is full of remarkable people and I am humbled every day to lead this City.”
