City of Fall River announces two city cleanups to promote a clean and safe community

FALL RIVER, MA – The City of Fall River has announced multiple city cleanups.

On September 13th, the City of Fall River in collaboration with FESTIVE Inc., is hosting the September Pop-Up Clean Up!

Round up your crew and meet them on Atlantic Boulevard to promote a clean and safe community from 8 am to 10 am.

With the support of the Department of Community Maintenance, necessary equipment will be provided for the clean-up.

The meeting place will be directly behind Gold Medal Bakery, on Atlantic Boulevard. Parking available in the Gold Medal Bakery corporate parking lot at the bottom of Penn Street.

Another cleanup is taking place on Saturday, August 30th from 8 am – 10 am. Meet in the Hood Street Parking Lot.

Pre-registration for an accurate number of volunteers is requested. To register as an individual or as a group, please email easousa@fallriverma.gov with your name and phone number!
