California man, previously from Rhode Island, admits to filming 11-year-old Massachusetts girl as she changed
BOSTON – A California man previously from Woonsocket, RI pleaded guilty today in federal court in Boston to surreptitiously filming an 11-year-old Massachusetts girl as she changed in her bedroom.
Jacob Guerrero, 23, of Woodland, Calif., pleaded guilty to one count of sexually exploiting a child. Guerrero was previously arrested and charged by criminal complaint on April 14, 2022. U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton scheduled sentencing for Nov. 13, 2024.
“Mr. Guerrero is a predator who targeted young children by tracking their moves. Worse, he violated a young girl’s privacy while she was in the safety of her own home, all for his own sexual gratification,” said Joshua S. Levy, Acting United States Attorney. “We are grateful to our law enforcement partners that Mr. Guerrero’s disturbing behavior was stopped and no other children were victimized.”
“Child sexual exploitation cases are among the most disturbing the FBI works. They’re also some of the most impactful,” said Jodi Cohen, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Boston Division. “Today, Jacob Guerrero admitted to depraved behavior. He repeatedly violated children’s privacy and exploited them for his own gratification. In this case, he preyed upon an 11-year-old girl in her own home. Make no mistake, FBI Boston’s Child Exploitation – Human Trafficking Task Force is working hard every day to find and bring to justice anyone actively harming children like this.”
For two weeks, Guerrero staked out the home of the victim, taking notes of times when she and her siblings showered, changed, and went to bed. On March 17, 2021, Guerrero climbed to the top of a garage attached to the victim’s home and stood just outside the 11-year-old victim’s second floor bedroom window. There, Guerrero recorded a video of the victim, unclothed, as she changed for bed.
Guerrero took similar notes of the comings and goings of the children residing in several other Massachusetts homes.
This case arose following an investigation into allegations that Guerrero, while dressed in a wig and women’s clothing, attempted to surreptitiously record minor females in bathrooms and changing rooms at the Wrentham Outlets using pen cameras affixed to his shoes. State charges arising from that incident were dismissed when Guerrero was indicted federally.
Members of the public who have questions, concerns, or information regarding this case should call 617-748-3274.
Pursuant to the plea agreement in this matter, Guerrero faces a sentence of 15 to 20 years’ in prison. The charge of sexually exploiting a child provides for a mandatory minimum sentence of at least 15 years and up to 30 years in prison, at least five years and up to a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of $250,000. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and statutes which govern the determination of a sentence in a criminal case.
Acting U.S. Attorney Joshua S. Levy, FBI SAC Cohen and Wrentham Police Chief William McGrath made the announcement today. Special assistance was provided by the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark Grady, Deputy Chief of the Major Crimes Unit, is prosecuting the case.
The case is brought as part of Project Safe Childhood. In 2006, the Department of Justice created Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative designed to protect children from exploitation and abuse.

This is what happens when you entertain this gender ideology nonsense. The deviants capitalize and real victims pay a heavy price.

Part of the problem is clowns like you who group everyone into one simple category. Every case and every situation is different. Most places where common sense exists have created a third bathroom for transgender individuals, so people pretending can’t exploit the bathroom issues. If it were as simple as you claim, it would have been nipped in the bud. The vast majority of pervs do nothing to hide their identity because they have a tendency to believe that everyone thinks like he/she does. If someone effectively dresses as a woman to the extent that it fools people, they could try to do this in a woman’s bathroom with your gender ideology BS playing no part.

Actually your the clown, there are only 2 categories, male and female. Everything else is nonsense. That’s a fact based on science. It is really simple and always was until recently, now some people don’t want to believe it.

I think the biggest issue between ppl that support a trans person’s rights and ppl that don’t is literally wording. .ost LGBTQIA+ ppl think of gender and assigned sex as 2 different things. They think of gender as a performative thing that you’d based on personality, almost like a style, but more core to their being, and not all feel that way, some just view themselves as the opposite gender. Whereas ppl who don’t agree with this see gender and assigned sex as interchangeable. I’m not here to argue either way. But I do think that, if trans and trans supportive ppl were (somtimes) a little more accommodating of the fact that they are asking ppl to redefine somthing that has been a core tenant of their life for the entirety of it, and if trans exclusionary ppl could admit that they just don’t understand any of this and don’t want to because it either grosses them out or goes against their religion or what have you, we could at least come to a place where we could have respectful discourse. NOT 1 side yelling “bigot” and 1 side yelling “perv” because that gets us nowhere. Gender isn’t a DEM vs. CON thing either. Basically, some trans ppl need to get over themselves and realize there ARE in fact, some trans ppl who go to far and ask for way too much and expect special treatment, although they are few and far between, and, on the same token, the other side needs to admit that there are, in fact, some evil bigots out there that literally want to hurt these ppl for merely existing, and that’s disgusting and wrong. I will say however that there are way more examples of trans people being physically assaulted or worse (both male and female) then there are of ppl pretending to be trans to get into bathrooms. I just miss being able to talk about stuff when we disagree.🫤

I lean to the Left but believe God created men and women and that us it. No room for gay or Trans. They are not following God’s will.
