Bristol County Mosquito Control Project taking free residential spray requests
With talk of COVID-19 and murder hornets being prevalent this past year, it cannot be forgotten that mosquito season is soon upon us.
Bristol County Mosquito Control Project will begin taking residential spray requests for adulticiding beginning Monday May 24, 2021.
The hope is to begin actual applications on June 1, 2021 between the hours of 2am and sunrise. Temperatures need to be above 55 degrees during those hours for applications to be made, so delays in June are very common.
To make a spray request:
Call (508) 823-5253, fax (508) 828-1868, or e-mail a spray request to: RequestBristolMCP@comcast.net (this can be done after hours). Include your last name and full address including zip code. Please note that a request is for a 1 time application and not for the whole season. If you need to have an additional application, send another request with the same information.
