Bristol County man killed in motorcycle crash remembered as hard worker, good friend
A Bristol County man who died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash is being remembered.
The crash occurred around 2:10 p.m. on Saturday in the area of 633 South Washington Street in North Attleboro.
The crash involved a Hyundai Elantra and a Kawasaki motorcycle.
According to Gregg Miliote of the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, it appears that the driver of the Hyundai, a 34-year-old North Attleboro man, was turning left into the Pineapple Inn parking lot when the motorcycle, being driven by Lamar Anderson, 29, of North Attleboro, struck the passenger side of the turning Hyundai.
The driver of the Hyundai and others in the area rendered aid to Anderson at the scene before he was rushed to Sturdy Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Anderson’s sister Alissa described him as “a hard worker, good brother, good father and loved by so many.” Those who knew Anderson also described him as a good friend that was always there for them.
The family has created a GoFundMe fundraiser for funeral expenses.
Miliote stated that the investigation is ongoing.
