Bristol County District Attorney’s Office reports Dartmouth highway crash killed two males

Authorities have issued an update in a fatal afternoon highway crash in Dartmouth.

According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, at approximately 1:35 p.m., Massachusetts State Police responded to mile marker 19.4 near the Reed Road Exit on 195 West in Dartmouth in response to multiple 911 calls.  

Upon arrival, Massachusetts State Troopers located a single motor vehicle crash.  The vehicle involved was identified as a 2006 gray Chevy Equinox.  

Both occupants had been ejected from the vehicle and the crash dislodged the vehicle’s engine.  

Both male victims were transported to a local hospital and pronounced deceased a short time later.

This crash is under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police along with Troopers assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office.
