Bristol County District Attorney releases identity of 27-year-old man killed in motorcycle crash
Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III has announced a fatal motorcycle crash in Acushnet on Saturday evening.
At approximately 10:10 p.m., Acushnet Police and EMS received multiple 911 calls reporting a crash in front of 444 Main Street in Acushnet.
Upon arrival, first responders located the 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle, with catastrophic damage, resting against the residence of 444 Main Street.
The operator of the motorcycle, identified as 27-year-old Micah “Moses” Nason of Plymouth, Mass, was located a distance from the bike with life threatening injuries. Nason was transported from the scene to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased on Sunday morning.
The initial investigation revealed that no other vehicle was involved in the crash.
According to those who knew him and a GoFundMe fundraiser, Nason was described as kind and genuine and was loved by many.
This matter continues to be investigated by the State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office along with the Acushnet Police Department.
