Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III has announced a fatal motor vehicle crash in Freetown last night that claimed the life of a 50-year-old man.

At approximately 11:45 p.m., Massachusetts State Police received 911 calls regarding a motor vehicle crash on Route 140 Southbound at Exit 10 in Freetown. Upon arrival, troopers located a black Hyundai Elantra in the center median that had catastrophic damage.  The vehicle appeared to have struck a portion of the guardrail head on, and it did not appear that any other vehicles were involved.

The operator and lone occupant, who was identified as Justin Graham of Lakeville, was found in the vehicle by first responders.  Graham was transported to a local hospital and pronounced deceased a short time later.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is being coordinated by the Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office along with the Massachusetts State Police.
