Boy on bicycle injured in Taunton crash
Taunton Police are investigating an accident that injured a teen.
On Tuesday July 10 at approximately 12:41 p.m., the Taunton Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Dean Street and Longmeadow Road.
An initial investigation determined that a minivan was traveling west on Dean Street when it collided with a 15 year old boy riding a bicycle north in the intersection.
The boy on the bicycle was transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
At this time the investigation is ongoing and anyone who might have witnessed the incident, or otherwise has information regarding this crash, is encouraged to contact the Taunton Police Department at (508) 824-7522.
