Beloved Somerset man who hosted podcast, frequented Kirk Minihane Show, passes away

A local man, also known as Cinema Lords, has passed away unexpectedly.

Nicholas Soares of Somerset hosted The Cinema Lords Podcast which broke down the newest movies, tv shows and trailers and showed Soares’ love of cinema.

Soares was also a frequent guest on the Kirk Minihane Show.

Minihane took to social media on Saturday to express his sorrow.

“Found out this afternoon that Nick Soares – Cinema Lords – has passed away. I’m absolutely devastated; he was a great guy. We loved having him on the show, his laugh and energy was a huge lift. I’m so sorry for his family and friends. I’m gutted over this. An enormous loss.”

More condolences came in across social media showing the impact Nick has made on the community.
