Battleship Cove in Fall River announces temporary closure
The list of closures in the Fall River area and beyond continue to roll in and a Fall River attraction is not immune.
In a statement on social media, Battleship Cove announced that they are temporarily closing to all visitors as a precautionary measure against the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
All public and private events have been cancelled or postponed, according to the statement.
“We will continue to follow directives issued by the State of Massachusetts.”
The City of Fall River has issued closures of personal care businesses and multiple restaurants have temporarily stopped operations due to the virus.
