Baja’s Restaurant opens first location in greater Fall River area

A Mexican restaurant with locations across southern New England has started a soft opening at their newest location on the South Coast.

Baja’s Restaurant opened their doors Friday at 899 G.A.R. Highway (Route 6) in Somerset, the former Trump Store location.

Baja’s specializes in authentic Mexican food including tacos, burritos, enchiladas, chimichangas, and quesadillas. They also feature chicken wings, desserts, subs, salads, and wraps.

The restaurant chain currently has 19 locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

You can take your food to go or dine in inside (outside at some locations when the weather permits).

Somerset’s soft opening hours are 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
