Authorities investigating suspicious Tuesday night fire in Fall River
Authorities are investigating a suspicious fire that occurred in the city Tuesday night.
Fall River Firefighters made quick work of the fire at 64 Durfee Street.
Smoke was seen, at approximately 10:00 p.m., coming from the structure and the result left thousands of dollars in damage.
The former Durfee Tech and Bristol Community College building is vacant and currently under renovations.
According to fire officials, there was no electricity in the building.
A person was seen coming and going into the building according to Fire Prevention.
