Arrest made, vehicle recovered, after car stolen from Fall River CVS
An arrest was made, and a car was recovered Wednesday after being stolen at a Fall River business.
According to Captain Barden Castro, a red Volvo sedan was reported stolen from the CVS parking lot at 1620 President Avenue, at approximately 2:10 p.m.
The operator of the vehicle informed the investigating officer that he had left the vehicle running while he went into the CVS.
It was determined that two men had stolen the vehicle while the owner was away from it.
Later Wednesday evening, Brockton Police relayed that they had recovered the stolen Volvo and that an arrest had been made after a traffic stop in their city.
The owner of the Volvo was notified of its recovery.
Details on the Brockton arrest have yet to be released.
