Armed robbery Tuesday evening in Fall River

Police are searching for suspects allegedly involved in an armed robbery in the city Tuesday evening.

According to scanner transmissions, at approximately 7:45 p.m., a male was robbed at knifepoint in the area of Quequechan Street and Pleasant Street.

Police were searching for a suspect that is described as a white male, thin build, about 5’8″ tall. According to witness accounts, another male was with him and possibly showed a gun. They allegedly fled on foot.
