“After 25 incredible years”, Fall River restaurant transferring to new ownership
A Fall River restaurant that has been around for decades will have a new owner.
Caldeiras Restaurant, a family-owned establishment specializing in authentic Portuguese cuisine at 990 Pleasant Street, made the announcement on social media Saturday.
“After 25 incredible years, I’ve made the heartfelt decision to retire and pass the torch to new ownership. This journey has been nothing short of amazing, and I am deeply grateful for every moment, every smile, and every connection we’ve shared along the way.
“To our loyal clients — thank you for welcoming us into your lives and making my restaurant a part of your memories. Your support and friendship have meant the world to me.
“To our wonderful team — you are more than just staff; you are family. Your dedication, passion, and hard work have been the heart of our success. I am so proud of what we’ve built together.
“As we embark on this new chapter, my hope is that nothing will change — that the warmth, the community, and the love that made this place special will continue to thrive.
“From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Here’s to new beginnings, with the same love and gratitude that started it all.
“With warmest regards, Alcindo Reis.”
The names of the new owners were not released.
