Abuse Prevention Order investigation leads to Fall River arrest on drug and gun charges
Fall River Police made an arrest Tuesday on gun, drug, and other charges.
According to Detective Sergeant Moses Pereira, Officer Aaron Souza was conducting an investigation into a possible violation of an Abuse Prevention Order. During his investigation, Officer Souza was advised that 25-year-old Malik Good was potentially in possession of an illegal firearm.
Officers were able to locate Good at a local business and take him into custody without incident.
At the time of his arrest, Good was in possession of a fanny pack style bag. Located inside the bag was a loaded Polymer 80 9MM firearm, with a 17-round magazine.
Good is charged with Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order, possession of a class B drug, carrying a loaded firearm without an LTC, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of ammunition without an FID card, carrying a firearm without a license.
